How long does treatment last?
Therapy depends on the nature and severity of a client’s problem. Typically sessions are weekly, last 50 – 90 minutes depending on treatment modality (CBT, CBCT or EMDR) and take place over a period of between 6-12 sessions, but this can be significantly longer or shorter.
